Raphoe’s Chloe Magee will realise her Olympic dream this Saturday when she takes to the court in the badminton competition against 46^th seed Estonian Katie Tolmoff.

It will be a tough contest for the teenage Irish number one with Tolmoff ranked 28 places above her in the rankings.

The team has been in the Olympic Village since July 27^th and both Irish badminton representatives have been working hard in training ahead of their respective opening matches.

Scott Evans opens the competition with a 10.45 start against German Marc Zweibler on Saturday while Chloe is up later in the day at 6.50pm.
